How does a domination victory work? Is it just ramping up on population or land or is there anything else do it?

The actual amount of land and population required will vary based upon things like map size (of course), rival civs, and so on, so like Ansive said, keep an eye on the requirements in the victory screen.

Beyond that, one important thing to keep in mind for domination victories is the effect of vassals (assuming you haven't turned that option off). 50% of the pop and land of a vassal counts toward your domination victory requirements. The way I usually handle this is when I'm still quite far from meeting the domination requirements, I will almost never accept a vassal (even a voluntary one), because conquering their territory will bring me closer to victory sooner. However, when I get close to the required totals, accepting a vassal will often be enough to push me over the top and get me there faster than fighting for it, so I will not only be open to the possibility, I may actively pursue it either through diplomacy or war.

If you're just under the domination limit for territory(population is generally easier to get IIRC), you can turn up to your culture slider to 100% and get those few extra percentage points.

That, and/or found a city or two in lousy, unclaimed territory like snow & tundra. Yes, usually the AI will, against all reason, found cities in stupid places, but sometimes, under certain circumstances, they'll leave territory unclaimed.

Is it pop AND land or pop OR land. Also do I have to do anything else if I go over the limit or should the victory screen pop up immediately

Both usually means... both. As in AND not OR.

There are two variable thresholds and both must be passed. If both variables are over said thresholds at the beginning of your turn, victory shall be announced, ending the game.

I have 1 question about fail gold... does it also comes from national wonder I almost have done (and than took out of production) in city where I after that build 2 other National Wonders.. (have 2 slots not 3, so 3rd is... impossible).

No, because it's impossible to start on the third national wonder after building the second(except in OCC)

Hmmm.. will have to try that... still not sure if have done that before or not... just interesting.. could be much easier way for fail gold if it works...

Regardig NW fail gold: You can START building a NW in multiple cities providing those cities do not already have 2 NW in them. Any city that already has 2 NW will not be able to start building more NW unless modded. Only one of them will get to complete the NW. The others get fail gold.

Note that because of the fact that you will know that you are building the NW (unlike GW, which other civs can be building without your knowledge), you need to be a bit creative in how you build NW in order to get fail gold (e.g., start in one city, stop production of it and start in another). It is not as straightforward as starting building it multiple cities on the same turn (which you can't do with GW in any case).

Question:

How to change title picture and music in civilizationIV?
The easiest way, assuming you're playing BtS with the latest patches (I can't remember exactly when they added this in), is to go to Options -> Graphics -> Opening Menu.

If you want to add your own custom graphics and music, that's more complicated and you might have better luck asking about that in the Creation & Customization forum.

Is there a point when barb galleys stop spawning?

(edit: answer is yes, once the average era of every civ is at least the Renaissance, all barbs stop spawning and can only be bulit in barb cities)
