So the Schriever's office provides a +1 happiness from Tradition's ceremony policy, even though it has no building prereqs. Is this intentional or an oversight?

Can sea trade routes be randomly pillaged by non-existing barbarians if not in sight of one of your units? I just for a sea TR pillaged by barb so next turn I move some ships there to reveal all tiles from shroud and there were no barbs.

No. They might have sailed away, though.

Also note that Morocco has a special ability: if they plunder trade routes while out of your sight, it'll show up as having been done by Barbarians. They receive no diplo penalties for plundering out of sight.

Whether a building is considered a National Wonder is based on if they can only be built X times per player.

What exactly do hospitals do?

It says they give science for food but building one doesn't seem to do that. City has the same science before and after building it. It doesn't seem to come up in bonus yields either. Is it is just hidden somewhere else?

Hol up... Do they get a Diplo penalty if they do it while the "victim" has vision of it?

It gives you Science equal to a percentage of your Food yield in the city. If your city is stagnant you won't get any Science from it.

My city is very far from stagnant. As far as I can tell it just isn't showing any change at all.

I'm glad you brought this up, I would love if the hospital and agribusiness could specify if they work on food before modifiers (aka growth and consumption), or after all modifiers are adjusted, etc. Based on the description its up in the air on how it works.

I just want to clarify, I remember hearing something that said that you don't necessarily have to capture every capital for domination victory if the capitals you haven't captured have been captured by someone else. In my current game, a CS has captured a capital. So I could still win domination victory without taking that city? Or does it work differently?

Also, when looking on the victory conditions screen if a capital has been captured by a CS it will say "this player has not settled their capital yet". Not even sure if that can be fixed however.

I have positive local happiness but when I move a citizen pout of specialist slot I get less unhappiness on the global screen. Is this purposeful?

If there's another warmonger who has capture another capital, you just need to take the warmonger capital.

To win a science victory do you just have to build the spaceship? I thought I remembered having to defend your capital whilst your ship headed to alpha centuri for a few turns, was that changed or am I miss remembering

You will be attacked as soon as the ai realise they can't beat you to your victory.
I was racing Poland for science victory, they bought the parts and won the game, I was just surprised I didn’t have a chance to nuke them and try to take warsaw, I didn’t realise how close they were :)

I made a modpack and the UI elements are missing. I've made about 50+ in the past, and I don't think I did anything different this time. (Haven't made one in like a year tho.) Did anything change mod-wise to cause the problem?
