Quick question:
What determines whether a civ "suicide assimilates" into you?
Just curious based on my current Eternity game, because sometimes civs "submit" with just their Tribal Guardian's death.
Yet sometimes even repeatedly bullying them into having 95%(!) of my influence in the city is STILL not enough.
So I'm wondering - where does this RANDOM sit in the files?
Or how does it work to begin with?

What's a suicide assimilate? When a city wants to join another nation? Culture influence usually. It's based on the culture flipping gameoption.

Well... quality - bunch of hero units joined city as military advisor soon will get lvl 12 units right from building em (military academy looks weak compared to this)

Mountaineering - medieval tech allows that.

Nah that one allows to pass mountines, cant settle yet.

It should allow settling cities otherwise its bug.

I saw ai had city in mountines later (industrial, not sure when he was able tho) in another my game

dunno if can find save with ai's city in mountines(EDIT: at some point i cleared all prev saves, so cant provide this one). Its been awhile seens then. Or u mean save with mounainering tech and not able to build city in mountines?

This would need review of anything, that can have flavors (only 30 have them out of 175 for example), ipower and iasset tags.
AI uses those to judge stuff.
