Random Rants LXXII - What is wrong with us?

Rocket Lab scrubbed each day this weekend as well as today. Their next attempt is tomorrow and I feel like my life is on hold until this rocket gets off the pad. It's not as bad as it could be but not finding out if you have to work an overnight shift until the morning is getting old. I can't really make plans and my sleep schedule is all over the place. It's disruptive. Just launch already!

(but seriously take your time and get this right Rocket Lab)

I love how they let you buy space on the rocket on their website. If I could afford it, would they send up something really stupid for me?

Yeah, maybe I'm depressed. I also do feel bored, you're right. Nothing's exciting me right now, some video games, and i don't have time for those

I thought it was possibly a case of me having no time for anything, being stressed at work, and just not clicking with people much lately.. but maybe there's more to it than that

As a matter of fact I did! I set the frozen bacon to thaw during the first round of matches and cooked it appropriately before the second round started.

I wonder if starting your Norway thread and editing the video footage isn't making you think about where your next holiday is going to be and you'd just rather be out hiking somewhere instead of in your office.

Not that I want you to stop the Norway thread. I've been thoroughly enjoying it.

Are there any local places where you could get away to for the weekend? Since Canada Day is on a Sunday this year, you should get Monday off, correct?

Or maybe doing some Norway pics work might help distract you from this situation, warpus? Looking at pictures and other keepsakes sometimes helps, in my experience.
