I hate my life on so many different levels that if I went through the entire list of things i hate about it one by one by the time I was finished I'd want to kill myself, and probably would. Fortunately, I'm too lazy so instead of listing every single thing about my life that I hate, I'm going to go to sleep.
But all the credits in his example did transfer, just not as core requirements. It seems the problem is personal credit/class management and a switch of majors, not a denial of credit transfer.

The problem is the class structure. The upper level courses have prerequisites, and the prerequisites are available only one semester during the academic year.
For example if I go to Germany in the Fall and come back during the Spring, I would not be able to take classes since the prerequisites are only available in the Fall, and I would have to wait an entire year to be able to take those classes again.
Had the business/economics classes been able to transfer back (Even the German classes for Christ's Sakes. The German classes, taught by native speakers, don't even transfer back.) then I could continue on, uninterrupted.
Is it a sign that someone is ignoring/doesn't like you when they don't talk to you, either in real life or using IM? I ask this because I regard many people has my friends, but they don't seem to talk to me as much as I would expect friends to do.
Perhaps/probably it is just me being foolish. But I would like some reassurance all the same.
That really depends, as there is no correct answer to that. When they talk to you, what is it about? Borrowing your car or going for a walk to have nice time with you? (Yep i'm bit angry w/ some of my 'friends' currently)
