Hope it goes well for you, dude.

@azzaman, I don't know if it's like this where you live, but around my parts if you go to a party you better be willing to drink, and get at least a little bit drunk, otherwise you will jsut make things akward.

Don't take this advice, alcohol is not needed to have fun...

I never said it was. I just meant that if you a going to a "party" (by my definition that means drinking), in some areas it is not very socially acceptable to NOT drink, if everyone else is drinking.

If you want to have fun without drinking, don't go to a party.

@azzaman333, that's always a good thing to go to a party. Nevertheless, it's always possible to become popular.

I'll probably drink a little, but I'm certainly not planning on getting wasted.

Not needed, but can enhance the fun if taken in correct dosages.

It's possible, but highly unlikely unless I can change my personality.

You can go to a party, stay stone cold sober, and still have fun, if you have some self confidence.

I just completed my Portuguese exam, meaning I'm done with it until late September. Awesome.

People Remnbered my Birthday!

Im getting an Ipod Touch!

Im Skipping my school Camp!

My History teacher I hate died!

I've evolved. I was very unliked initially (In parties), and I don't actually know whether I have changed or not. Nevertheless, I have just adapted to people, and I don't know if I changed or not, but I made people change their look at me, at least.

Well, I don't know if it's the problem here, but... Let's say you think you have an unpleasant personality. You have two kinds of things to be: either a mean or rough person (That is, cruel person), which can't be cured, at least not as far as I know. But if you are, hypothetically, weird - then there's a simple solution.

Be it. In my very own classroom, the (second, still) most popular boy is a declared geek. But even though he likes to fart, he has geeky interests, he acts strange sometimes, he still rocks at it. He rules the geekiness. And by being that way constantly, telling some jokes, having a great smile and by knowing he's likable, he has no problems at all having friends. The girls dig him, also.

And by writing this, I know that it's not an overwhelming vision which comes to you like the clitoris in South Park... But I think you should take it into account, even though you've probably heard it 10,000 times before.

But, back to the topic, enjoy your party

I think young people who are mean generally grow out of it, or realise its a dumb way to be. My friend **** used to be really mean, and all the girls hated him, but lately he has turned into a pretty nice guy.

I've decided to double-major in my original major of Finance, and now Business Economics. It should only be an extra semester of classes, but at maximum another year. I do not think that is bad for a second Bachelor's Degree.

If I need to reach full time, or since I will probably be bored the last semester or two, I can always take a German class.

:)

Not bad at all!

How are you doing the German? Self-teaching, coursework, or something else?

[elitism]Business Econ. What, you want to make money? Money is temporary. Tenure is forever. :shake: [/elitism]

My own rave: 95% on my latest data structures project. Average was 82%. So Integral > AverageCompSciMajor. My current project is coming along nicely - a little course management system.

Further rave: I'm learning the R programming language/statistical package. It is awesome.
