I hate asking for help, but I received help from my mother and it'll go down towards paying off some of the credit expenses I took, getting some badly needed pairs of dress pants, buying the Amtrak tickets for Thanksgiving, and saving towards the move that should happen next year.

I just returned from an Aikido seminar by a guy named Ikeda Sensei, he's a 7th Dan from Colorado. All I can say is wow! It was really amazing what he could do, and I learned so much. Very awesome weekend

That's words written . . . although the fact that I can probably write 2000 words in an hour of a novel while at work means that yes, I love my job. The pay isn't spectacular but it's so easy.
It's surprisingly peaceful, even as I skipped my morning class to deal with registration issues. Also gave me time to type up this basic report on Fidelity's New Millennium Fund for my evening class tonight.

I came in to work even though I could have had the day off, because I had nothing better to do and it gave me a good chance to catch up a little on my writing.

Got back from the doctors and according to the machine they have to check diabetes, I don't have diabetes! 
And a good thing to! Nurse said it was going to be a prick, but it felt like my finger was being sliced off with a rusty axe! If I have to do that all the time if I have diabetes, forget that! I should look into signing up with LA Fitness or get a cardiovascular machine at home. Even though I don't have a family history of diabetes and I eat a salad everyday, doesn't hurt to do too much to prevent it.
