I am not sure what you mean. Are you saying we have to learn to drive such that we take into account self driving cars being stupid? I do not think that will end well.

But while someone is still learning, they are legally required to have a qualified, unimpaired driver (ideally an instructor) in the front passenger seat.

And if they are learning with a purpose-built driving-school car, the instructor will also have their own brake-pedal, enabling them to over-ride any obviously dangerous manoeuvre by the student (like pulling out in front of a moving bus!).

None of which conditions apparently apply to the AI-driven vehicle on Samson's campus.
