Wait, what could the Night Eagles be doing that is more important than this? Are they actually on a government/GM sanctioned mission?

Ah. When you said "domestic", I thought you were referring to something else entirely. Still, couldn't we at least get a couple of the Night Eagles to accompany the HDO to the Crimea?
I think they have to be led by Athers and without Athers the other Night Eagles just don't messure up... but either way i gave Aysee all the information and he can deal with it.
For myself i think we don't need a subtle approach this time. Get the Arab costumes or help and you don't have to play it quiet.

As should all know the Irish Ruler-In-Exile, Kublai Khan, currently has Sanctuary in my estate in Scotland. I have had many talks with him and he has people in Ireland who often try to smuggle out refugees across the Irish Sea to Scotland where they may be free of Russian tyranny.
He has informed me that there is a good chance that some former Mongolian researchers may be able to be smuggled out.
Owing to the fact that the Scientists in the Avalon facility indicated they would be unwilling to work with Researchers who were Foreign Nationals, I wish to propose that I combine this factor with my earlier idea of kidnapping Researchers from Valhalla and putting them to work with the Mongol researchers in a second facility designed to utilise Foreign Scientists - a counterpart to the exclusively domestic Scientists at Ravus' Avalon facility.
To that end I will offer to purchase the service of a band of mercenaries to accompany the expedition to Valhalla - with the explicit orders of capturing researchers there alive and transporting them back to England where they could be put to work at this second facility (That I propose to use my earlier naming suggestion for, Area 52).

I agree with the second facility, but i think the HDO and ukrainians can handle it. I would rather not be double crossed by mercenaries who are paid by the nordics or other buddhists.

Given that you're being placed in charge of the operation I will defer to your judgement on the matter. In an operation this delicate a lack of dispute is utterly essential so I wont press the issue.
Perhaps I should direct them to look for researchers elsewhere? Poland maybe? They might have people that could be useful to us.
As for them being paid of by the Russians, considering I recruited them from veterans of the Irish Army, them being paid off by Russia is about as unlikely as it gets.

Ravus has also recommended to me that we extend an offer of co-operation to Germany, to see if we cna get any of their researchers involved in the project. Thoughts?

I personally think that it is a bad idea to go and grab scientists from Poland. In Valhalla, its understandable. We're going to blow it up/burn it down, so we might as well get some spoils while we're there. Plus, we are able to employ tactics that will disguise our involvement. However, if a group of Irishmen show up in Poland, then it won't be that hard to figure out that we had a hand in it. In addition, we don't even know where the scientists would be, or even if they would have anything useful to contribute. Poland's tech level is most likely way behind ours.
As for the German science co-op idea, go for it. Anything that will strengthen our standing with our allies/vassals while boosting our research is a good thing.

Domination dont start making random suggestions. There is no reason to call for an AR, and most of the opposition is in the admin anyway.
I think an adventure into poland might be worth it if Remus could get some decent intel for us.
