That still not leave that China is Chinese and hence the outcome of the war came at Rome's expense: I hence suggest that the Chinese territories are set that they are to be part of the Inner Dominion or the rival Qing Dynasty if it may, not a colony for non-Chinese powers.

I would hence suggest Rome sticks to its territories and not enter the traditional region of China.

All these (barring Taiwan) are claimants for the Inner Dominion, which has right to it over others due to the reuniting of the civilization state.

Rome would anyway be overstretching itself by trying to claim Chinese lands, when it has to consider securing its capital and core lands. Strategy is hence noted.
