While I understand your logic here, there's a pretty good reason that Jarrema pretty much can't be one of the Monsters. That reason being that he's The Inquisitor. He just killed two of the monsters and spared several players I'm fairly certain are town.

That being said, I agree with Winston, Jarrema. What's your actual VC? I don't think you have to kill us all or you would have done it already, but I'd be surprised if you don't have to kill at least some of us.

Jeez, now I'm conflicted. I hate having to make consequential decisions.
Tak isn't reading as scum to me anymore. BSmith and Winston have abilities that are unconfirmed-ish but they both seem about as scummy as Tak (by which I mean not very scummy at all). Choxorn is confirmed (obviously), AA is (he's definitely either a vig or just scum, but given how there were two kills in a night after the RS were eliminated, I'm pretty set on townie for him), and I should be considered confirmed because I provably tracked Zack. It's possible that I'm still scum, I guess (wasn't BL a scum tracker in the last NOTW?) but that's up for other people to decide.
So, I've got null-town to town on everyone. Hooray.
I've been getting town vibes from Winston all game in the QT. Me/Jarrema/AA can figure out Tak's alignment with one of our abilities, I guess, if it's still unclear by the end of this day, but I'm just not on board with his lynch anymore. He's trying too hard to win the game, and that's not fitting with my understanding of losing-scum-Tak at all.

If the game isn't over after the monsters are eliminated, we should consider Jarrema for a lynch/vigkill, but he's contributed so much to the scumhunting effort that I'm confident in trusting him.

I think you just confirmed Tak. Winston's the only other doctor we know of and he's been busy on chox, so if Al Sips copied Tak's ability, Tak must be a doctor.
It doesn't make him confirmed town, but it does verify his claim, and his lack of claim was driving most of my suspicion anyway.
I'm more comfortable with a BSmith lynch now.

Both of the claimed doctors lost their abilities under suspicious circumstances. I have no idea how the whole ability-loss mechanic actually works, but it seems like Visor's way of nerfing them. People besides doctors have lost their abilities (Remake did) but it's still an idea.
