Release date and pricing leak?

I miss the days before "deluxe" versions of games, and there was just one release version. People are paying for the privilege of bug-testing a game five days before it releases to the masses and the opportunity to gain social media clout. As always, I urge folk to hold off on pre-orders.

Kind regards,
Ita Bear

If you're preordering deluxe just for the early access, for sure; usually, it works out to a good deal on the DLC and the early access is just a nice bonus.

Sei sicuro che sia la data di uscita?

It is also possible towards the last quarter of the year
No, we know it's Q1 from the investor call a couple weeks ago

The 2K financial report listed Civ VII as releasing in the first quarter of 2025.

Hello Fellow Civ Fans,

I agree with the comments above about buying into a deluxe or special edition etc. Would be nice if it included extra features and that for us users on Steam for PC a deluxe purchase would give you future discounts on DLC's and Expansions going forward since Firaxis would see you decided to spend more money at day 1 and did not wait for a Summer or Winter sale. In the current times of the economy companies on all levels are lucky to have a customer base of any magnitude. Those like myself who would most likely buy the deluxe edition (it needs to have more than just 5 days prior) should be given a significant incentive that goes a long way into the Civ 7 series.

My 2 Cents
