No, you pay 1 eco point per 5 divisions trained to higher level. So, with 3 eco points you can raise 15 divisions to one level higher training, while your remaining divisions remain the same.

Thats really not much. I think you should make it at least 20 or it will take forever to raise the training level of anything. And a size stat would prevent FK style uberpowers.

Yes. Also, as a note, by wednesday I mean when it's wednesday in GMT+2 timezone, so as nobody is suprised by that.

I'm a bit concerned that carmen510 might not be too actively playing the UKSG, and since it's such an important key nation I can't let that be.

So, if carmen doesn't reply by tomorrow that he is still playing as the UKSG, then the UKSG shall be free for the taking again.

This is merely to ensure that all key nations are being actively played.

You really should. 5 divisions is far too incremental a rate of increase.
