Oh, so because I upgraded, I lost a level, and also lost a level due to combat. I guess I didn't notice

Huge cannons fired as troops rushed from teh small sonte wall that made the defense. The Incan soldiers met with the Africans in the middle of the field with gun and bayonet. Favier Juene, an Incan soldier, had left Cuzco in the hope of doing his part in restoring the freedom to Africa.
He met with another black soldier within plain. Everything went silent as the man went at Favier with his simple bayonet. Out of instinct, Favier grabbed for his short sword hanging at his side, and cut the bayonet in half with the Andes steal. A shocked look spread across the dark face, as the cold steel sliced into the ribs of his chest. Pulling the sword out, Favier regained the noise of the battle as the enemy met the ground.
At the end of the battle, the dead lay on the ground heaped in piles, as the Incans probed for the wounded. African wounded would be sent across future mine fields.
A new sound formed as the horse's shoes thumped against the silent ground. The horse stopped in front of Favier a let out a soft snort.
"You Private Favier?" the rider asked.
"Yes, it is me."
"You have been summoned to fight the Madagascarians. Please, climb on behind me." Favier obeyed as he slung his rifle behind his back, and hopped up on the horse in back of the rider himself. With a tap of the rider's heal, the brown horse took off in the direction from whince it came.
For hours the two were silent, until Favier asked who he was being brought to fight.
"The traitors of Masgascar. They have invaded with a small force from behind our lines. Already camp Delgado has been taken."
"Why were we not warned? Havn't we got spies in their nation?"
"No."
Later that night, Favier arrived at a military base, in a desert but near an oasis. He was led to a small tent to where he would spend the rest of the night then to wake up and see battle the next day.

Halt your fighting now! Why cause this bloodshed?!
I have decided to allow you to move to Iceland, whose regular citizens will be rehomed in mainland Britain. In Iceland, you will be able to have your own council, and you will have some independence, being a British Protectorate, although you will still come under the jurisdiction and rule of Britain.
You will not be allowed to have links with Rome, but you may govern yourselves, and have your own churches and religion. You may have a tiny army, but no navy.
This is only if you lay down your weapons now, or take them with you to Iceland to form the small army you may have.
You will be watched carefully for the first few years, and afterwards I may consider giving you independence.
But for now you will simply have your own island, where you cannot harm other British citizens, and have a measure of your own rule.
Your small army may be called upon by Britain to fight in wars, but your council will be able to decide whether it responds to that call or not.
We hope this is satisfactory, as it will halt the bloodshed that none of us want. Everyone has a moral compass that tells them what is right and what is wrong, and everyone knows that taking someone else's life is wrong, and that the genocide committed by the Iron Fist is wrong.
Please do not follow their example, and instead do the right thing - move to Iceland, have the right to make your own decisions and have your own army and religion, and halt the nightmare of killing that has engulfed Britain.

I admit however the idea did come from your proposal, so we thank you for hopefully helping to bring peace to Britain.
Also, this offer is VERY fair on the British Nostradamists, so any who keep on fighting rather than move will be dealt with severly.

Greece will be given indepedance (Orange)
Constantinople will be given independance (Red)
Rumania will be formed (Dark Red)
Austria will be formed (Light Green)*
