Return to Roots NES 2

To: Philipines
From: Egypt

We do not wish to use force, but your unprovoked attack on China was completely unecessary. We will use force to expel you if necessary.

BTW I am rejoining as the NEw Holand Confederation. I hold no grudges I expect you to treat this as a new country not me

The Dark Ages were over in the New Holland Confederacy. The Confederate Congress had solidified after so many years of being split. The War in Arabia was finnished and New Holland was one of the few nations to take part. The new Confederate President Neil Nigel has taken his oath of office and was quikly forming new national policies. This age was the beginning of the American age.

The Confederacy was indeed growing. The economy was in recession, but soon that would be fixed. The Armies of the Confederacy were among one of the most adavnced. The Confederate Air Force was indeed a fine service and soon would be the premier service in the world.

New Hollander Diplomacy

To the American Alliance:
The new government of the Confederacy would like to renew his ties to the other American powers and would like to resign this prostigious alliance.

To the victors of the Arabic War:
We congratulate yyou. However soon we would like to see a responsible government formed in Arabia under independent government. Although we do not support the former government's actions we do not support blatant imperialism of any people either.

To the Philipines:
We place a trade embargo upon you until the Sino-Philipine War ends.

OOC: That was an excellent bit of roleplaying you did at the fall of Arabia. I don't hold a grudge against you and will treat you on a clean slate.

To: NHC
From: Egypt

We wish to have an NAP with your nation. If good relations continue, perhaps we could start an alliance.

To: New Holland
From: Portugal
My government would like to give Yemen indipendence but the large corperation Portuco will find it hard to give up its precious oil fields.
King Rui Sorez Vicente

To Portugal:
From the New Hollander Confedercy.

When a corporation rules a nation that indeed is a sad day. The people of Yemen deserve independence. It was their dictator and not them that brought the world's wrath down upon them.

To Egypt:
From the NHC:

We would love to sign a non-aggression pact but the people of Iraq should be give independence. The people of Arabia did not bring the world's wrath down on them their despotic government did. I urge you to cinsider this as the people of New Holland detest slavery and imperialism breeds this.

I am not ready to give Iraq independence. However, I will make it a semi-autonomous state. They will be able to choose their own leaders and make their own laws as long as they are democratic, but will be overseen by the Egyptian Cabinet. They will have their own police force, but the national military will be an immigrant corps of the Egyptian army consisting of immigrants from old Arabia, Russia, Greece, Byzantium, NHC, and Portugal. This is to ensure the keeping of the peace while giving the people of the region a say in their own affairs.

To Egypt: We find this acceptable as this is not unlike our ally South Africa and Ande's relationship. However I would like to see a reunited Arabic Confederation sooner rather than later. Until then the New Hollander Confederacy will remain with the non-aggression pact with the munificent Egyptian peoples.

To New Holland Confederacy,

We are glad that a suitable leader has finally arose in the lands of New Holland, suitable enough to enter the country into international diplomacy. I would like to take this time to sign an independent DPP with your nation so to keep our desires and wishes the same. To protect the people of South America, that should be our primary goal.

As for colonies in Arabia. We intend to do the same thing we did with South Africa, making it a commonwhealth of the Andes Confederation. However, we are not ready to release it on it's own just yet. We will first stabilize the economy and people, but then we promise we will allow them independence. The Andes Confederation is against blatant imperialism as well, but we do believe it will prosper better as the Confederation cabinent as it's head of state.

With that said, and if you sign the MPP, we have a big decision to make. I have ties with the Filipinos and Aborigines, and yet they are at war with the Aztecs, who is in the American Pact. I would like to follow whatever path you choose, as I would not like to be on the wrong terms with my great neighbor. So if you choose to side with the American Pact, I will do so as well. If not, then I will honor my ties with the Filipinos.

Research, in priority order

Begin to research ships that planes could land on and refuel, and therefore extend their range.

Begin to research tanks, then cars good enough for military use.

Begin to research proper submarines, and true torpedoes.

I just got back from seeing the second Lord of the Rings and am really, really tired. Update will come as soon as I have time tomorrow

To the Andes Confederation: The Fillipinos were the ones who started the war. However we will not allow this to drag us into it. We suggest that a South American Alliance be made, with New England as the third party. That way we can keep South American soldiers from dying in wars that have nothing to do with us. If we are to become world powers we must not meddle in insignificant affairs like the Sino-Fillipino dispute.

To New England: Will you join New Holland and the Andes Confed in a South American Alliance.

Indian orders:
-continue economic program
-continue trade
-put enormous effort into research,so we get into Early Modern Age;focus on cars, planes, tanks, submarines, chemical weapons

To: The New Holland Confederacy
From: The Democratic Empire Of Germany
At present we do not believe that the Arabian people can be trusted to rule themselves. Germany is also not prepared to hand over its valuable oil fields in Arabia. Many major German businesses rely heavily on imported Arabian oil.
Yours,
Chancellor Kris Muller of Germany

To: Greece
From: The Democratic Empire Of Germany
We would be happy to sign an MPP between our nations and open trade. May the German-Greek relationship be prosperous.
Yours,
Chancellor Kris Muller of Germany

Orders:
PM'd

New Holland Confederacy,

We agree to a South American Pact, but do not see the reason for the New England Republic to join, as they are not in South America. However, as honor to the American Pact, I think we should make our alliance a subdivision of the American Pact. We believe we should invite France into our alliance as well, since they do own a large proportion of the continent.

To Madagascar:
I accept.

Orders:
UPGRADE Army, navy and airforce (Destroy the old BB and build Aeroplanes).
Increase economy with building of AOC (Aborginian Oil Company) in Arabia.
