The Russian airforce is to be modernised to planes, though we will retain a small baloon honor gaurd of bombers.

That seems to be a very one-sided view of the world.
My support of Arabia consisted of my condemning their suicide bombers and suggesting that the world take the case to the UN instead of committing genocide. After their condemnation of the UN, it is withdrawn. Arabia clearly intends to commit utter suicide.

I have some very grim and depressing news for you all. At least it is grim and depressing to me although some on this forum may not be too regretful and sympathetic.

Progress Reports just came into school today giving us the grades from each class. My grades were VERY bad (don't ask me what they were) and my dad is going to deny me access to the internet on my computer unless i can convince him otherwise. I am not allowed to install anything, sign on to any forums, or download anything (even AIM) onto the other computer.

For those of you who have not yet realized it, if i can't convince my dad otherwise that will mean no AIM, no PTW games, and no updating RTOR until summer at least. I would be able to post on civfanatics once and a while (when i have access to school computers), but for all purposes i would be gone from the NES forums.

Go ahead and post your orders though, I will be trying the hardest negotiating I've done in the past 5-6 years to be able to use the internet. If i cannot convince him, I will first post here to inform you all of it and to close down RTOR. Wish me luck.
