Zulu leader assinated! Factions within the nation have begun warring with eachother and the coalation of invaders which have landed in coastal areas and advanced against local resistgence. The new nations formed are: Kenya (almost Madagascar color), Republic of Zululand (pink), Congo (former Arab color), Angola (white), and Namibia (light greenish color). Some territory has joined the nation of Eithiopia. All nations are infighting although some are attempting to make peace with foreign invaders. The African nations of Angola and Congo have allied in an Alliance of East Africa.

UN reopens! Nations are invited to rejoin.

As Andes Confederation withdraws from Argentina, NHC forces occupy the land and continue the advance against the French Army.

RNE crushed French militia in Quebec! The conscripts there willingly surrendered to their former countrymen. Only a small portion of the province continues the fight against the RNE. A similar advance as continued in Africa as the French army there has been surronded and is under seige in an old Zulu fortress by the Aztec army.

We of Aztecea personally believe that we need to fight them as an alliance to end the war quickly. As for the Zulu, we are completely confused on which nation to invade. We are completely willing to let them kill eachother, but will invade if we must.

Do not be fooled by the new zulu tribes, masked with other names. Congo, however, is north enough to be considered a safe gaurd by Incan officials. I suggest we continue to occupy the southern parts, as they are the zulu concnerations, and should be monitored. I will provide a map soon.

RNE has produced the most advance brigade of Battleships on the planet!

Secretly over a period of time, the Republic of New England has been producing the most advanced war machines in secret in a marine base in the great lakes. These are the best fighting machines on water the world has ever seen.
These Battleships, are in a class of their own, the 4 star Admiral class. They are the fastest, most manuverable, yet the most protected of any fleet. They have the biggest caliber, long range rifled bombardment cannons ever assembled. These are truely a force to be reconed with.

I believe it is clear the stance that RNE has taken. We have officially declaired war on the French in corleation with the alliance. Let it be known that our battleships will be used as a deturrent of war, and if need be, a STRONG deturrent.

Surrender the remaining land or be destroyed!

Please dont leave the pact. If your intention is to draw the light twards your goals then so be it. I will be happy to assist you however RNE can do so. I wish our relations will not suffer because of my other bretheren.

Sadly Russia cannot sit by and watch the French Canadian land be taken, rapidly declaring peace on the African fron the Russian transports load back up and their accompanying Destroyers are on their way to the Americas.

The Russian Submarines, unfortunately for the RNE, are more than ready to test their bad selves against the new 'superboats' we are pessimistic as to their power and are more than ready to sink them. A large portion of our above sea fleet accompanies them.

The Russian troops transported to Newfoundland are to help the Frenchmen defend.

I kow what you think. Maxmillian is an absurd name for a tsar, you laugh at me.

All jokes aside, for I am not here on a joking matter, we must discuss friendship and treaties, honor and conviction.

I, unfortunately, didn't notice as the RNE forces stormed against Quebec, i would have acted sooner, but here is where i stand:

France has long held me in an MPP, we have long been allied and I cannot allow this pact to be ignored, or even if the world ignores this betrayal it will stand forever in my heart. I must defend the Frenchmen.

I will make resolutions calling for whatever they will call for, but none of this will work without your help.

The RNE refused to help when you found the Zulu threat, we helped you shatter their nation and we would help you further if this had not arisen. They ask for your help in their wars for Empire, I ask you to help keep the bloodshed down by not declaring war.

We agree that the RNE has to be stopped to avoid a war. But we will protect our brothern if need bes. We will try to convince them to stop at once but as you were forced into a war so shall we.

Please halt your invasion in Quebec. Leave Newfoundland to the France. If not you will doom us all. And doom the lives of many Iriqouis who do not believe in a war with the French.
