LeParte was still furious from the lack of condolenses from China for his help, but he wouldn't let that get in the way from bringing freedom to the people of Manilla. The Andes Confederation was already on it's way to prosperity.
Plus the diamond mines were adding uncountable income to the Andes, and from around the world the Andes will be known as the Diamond capital.

The Council was watching as the last of the Ethiopian troops pulled out. They were currently at peace, although an envoy had arrived with news of another war the nations wanted to involve Egypt in. The Council voted and found that it ws necessary to stay at peace for the time being and let Egypt be restored to its former glory.

Russia is no traitor, nearly one true, but not one, for i have redeemed myself. As the peace proceedings came to a close, and the final compromises were made by the enemies i remember the NEC representative claiming that his nation would not betray the UK.
Would, with this peace, I be betraying Ireland, and peace itself. The Irish will not be quelled as a part o the UK, thus they must have their own nation, if I surrender them it would be only to a new leader years down the line and another ill fated rebellion, this revolution must succeed, if peace is to reign.
I must therefore deny the claims of my traitorhood, a traitor you seek? Germany is the answer here, for they surrendered to a war they had no part in.
German advances are to be mercilessly crushed by border patrols. France is asked for assistance, in mercenaries if naught else.

Irishmen across the Island are joining the army in bounds, they may not be the best with the swords or firearms, what's the special word for the early muskets?, but their enthusiasm is high.
I wuld like to see if i could go after cannon-making, regardless my trebuchets are to begin firing flaming bags of powder at the foes, (assuming i have any on the island or that the portugese or russians see fit to send me some).

Crime rate in Roman Greece has been rising significantly as Arab, Indian, and Egyptian merchants are killed by the cultists is their obsession for the destruction of the lesser races.
Arabia's earlier proclamation requires them to make peace with Eithiopia now that they have withdrawn.

I missed Lancelot's thread that said he was gone. A mistake on my part. I think Christmas stress is starting to take a toll on me.
More and more colors! Instead of white i used one of my least favorite colors which me and my brother have termed as "barf yellow" for the Nordic Republic.
imsw and evyle i suggest looking at how much the 1st page World War 4 alliance list is piling up on you.
Antartica is way WAY too cold for current technology. give it a few more ages.
This game is turning eerily similar to my current Civ3 game on a PTW World Map. The Zulu acted the same there and the borders are almost identical to this game (americans replacing NEC of course.). Very odd indeed. Only thing different is that there has been much different wars.

King Wilhelm II Opens First German Parliament
The new King of Germany has opened the first German parliament in Berlin today. After years of riots and protests the new King decided that to follow in the suit of the United Kingdom and introduce a Constitutional Monarchy.
The parliament will be elected by the people and will run the internal and external affairs of Germany, although the King still acts as the head of state and is the only one who can declare war. The King also has the right to take over the running of the country in emergency situations.

The Conservatives - A party which believes in upholding tradional values of German life. Believes the country should go to war agianst Russia.
German Liberal Party - Believes in large changes to education and the economy. Is undecided on war with Russia.
Peasants Workers Party - Wants to give free education and put more of the economy in the peasants hands. Against war with Russia
