Zulu Freedom Section of GDI has been destroyed by the Iron Fist. The Zulus bought time for other GDI forces to escape, fighting literally to the last man, killing almost 2 for 1 against the Iron Fist army.
Arab army pushes Indonesians and Indians back a short distance thanks to guerilla tactics and better knowledge of the desert. However the lines remain mostly the same. Also some Arab guerillas scored big when they came across by accident a small portion of the Indian space fleet landed a few miles behind the lines refueling and preparing for a surprise strike against the Arab cities.
India and Indonesia have outraged the Islamic world when a stray blast from an Indian and Indonesian raid on the industries around Mecca struck the al-Haram Mosque, all but destroying it. Muslim majorities in the surronding nations of Turkey and Egypt have demanded a Jihad against the Indians and Indonesians.
In Indonesia gigantic riots have occured amongst the Islam majority. Several have been put down with the use of force resulting in hundreds dead.
African space fleet strikes at Russia and their allies near Finland. The Africans struck hard and devasted the Russian fleet as well as a portion of NEC and East Canadian armies which were being transported to assist in putting down the revolt. However, the Russian allies met with some success as they massed up and destroyed the African Space Fleet in space.
On the ground, the Fins have been fighting a desperate battle against the equally desperate Russians who are nearing the end of their depleted oil reserves. The weapontry and equipment the Americans attempted to bring were prevented arrival by the African space fleet's attack. Most soldiers on both sides are on foot and fighting battles one on one in confused fighting in Finland and northern Russia. German and Greek troops have also arrived to assist their Russian allies but as of yet have not made much progress.
Stalemate rages in Africa as Aborigine troops arrive to assist the Africans and create a stalemate. Only the GDI air supremecay is holdig the GDI lines.

Space Pirates steal the Nanite Defuser. In an act of defiance against GDI, the Pirates have stolen the Defuser and taken it back to their base in a quick strike against the GDI moon base holding the defuser.

King Declares Holy War!
The King has officially declared the war against India and Indonesia "a war to protect Islam". Following the attacks by Indian and Indonesian space fleets against Mosques throughout the holy cities.
Already a mass of fundamentalist groups have joined with the Government in the battle to defeat the invaders. Throughout India and Indonesia Islamic followers have been told they must rise up now and protect the birthplace of their religion and stop their Governments from destroying Islam.
No Peace!
The Government officially released a press statement today saying there would be "no peace" in the war with India and Indonesia until "the people of Islam were freed".
Jemal Ahkbed, the Foreign Minister, said the Arab Government would not negotiate peace until it could be assured that the Islamic communities would be safe from Indian and Indonesian aggression.
Arab Summit
The Arabian Government has invited United African Empire and Turkish delegates to be present at a summit in the Muslim holy city of Mecca to discuss a way of protecting the Muslim faith from recent attacks by the Indian and Indonesian governments, two countries which have large Muslim populations.
The Summit will also talk in a small part about a possible trade protection pact between the three nations.

There is no formal declaration of war by Russia, only the attacks by Russian ships, carrying temporary Saudi Papers.
Russian cities as far away as Vladvistock have begun mobilising, when the tsar realised 'Hot Damn I rule one of the biggest and most populous nations around with industrial capacity to boot and i'm gettin my arse kicked by a bunch of Finnish sissies'.
And so Russia has officially declared the Finnish war of Secession to be a 'matter of life or death' and is striking with every man who can get his hands on a gun. Milittiais incorporated even, and regional units.
All of this will be greatly helped by the construction of the 'Cossak' class Helicopter, csapable of bearing the frigid land and carrying antipersonnel and antitank weaponry. It's a mite slow, however, and requires ground support.
Russians throughout the Empire are fanatical about the cause and pro-war rallies fill the streets, bearing such clever signs as 'Finish the Finnish!'
So Russia has found within itself a new national spirit, a new detirmination to conqure and a feirce determination to rgain past glory.
