OOC: looks like i have time to update anyway. Look on page one for availible nations. Only unclaimed ones on the upper list are available. I have one complaint. Two orders are not acceptable together: enlarge army and upgrade army. Pick one of those. update comes in an hour if it takes as long as usual to create.

Ok, I will be the Incan Confederation then.

Riots of the war with the nations of the world were tearing the Republic apart. People needed control in these hard times, and Enrique Jose LaParte, a Spanish imigrant in the Confederacy, had what it took.

Many people owed favors to this rich immigrant, who profited off of tobacco sales to the eastern powers. He owned half of the Haitan Island, and was the most rich person in the Confederacy, save the Government. He had done many favours for the Generals of the armies, and now he would call on them to repay him.

It wasn't long before he had a sizeable army to match that of the governments, in northern Venezuela. The march to Cuzco began, and many battles described as victories went to the rebels. When the city of Cuzco was caught, the government was murdered, and the New Incan Empire set up. With Emperor LeParte in Power, he would do anything for the people. A schedualed speach was to be done in the near future.

The Incan Empire was soon divided into five provinces : the Island in the Carribean is named Haita, the north part of the empire named Venezuela, Central Coast is names Peru, Central Inland: East Brazil, and southern empire is named Chile. Each province is alotted a governer and a their part of the National Income. A committee of each the provinces decides what to spend the money on.

To All Nations of the World,

The new Incan Empire wants peace with all. The last government was a group of fools, and the enw government will make sure of a peaceful South America. We ask, please grant my country peace.

Alliance of the Nile officailly reformed!

War continues in South America as combined French, Incan, and NHC forces advance much slower in Spain's colony thanks to reinforcements.

French troops driven out of France! Final French and Viking forces were driven out of Brittiany and the French government as been moved to exile in Argentina. Viking raids have been having a serious effect on the German economy.

Zulu forces push back Spainish troops!

Remaining Aborigine and Chineese troops in Aztecland destroyed!

Indian and Aztec fleets battle near Hawaii! Indians come out as victors.

NEC forces invade Spain! One of the NEC's raids became highly successful and as formed into a beachhead in southwest Spain.

The Roman people were tired of their isolation in the watr. Their former allys were pushed out of their homeland. this was unacepptabe, especally to the French population. Which took up 6% of the total population. Almost all of them in the Marseille province. They could win any party 5 votes.

(Every province gives 5 seats to the Senate. It is kind of like the Electorial collage, so sometimes it may not be all 5 but although allowed it is rare.)

As a result every party pledged help to France. It was the Empirelist that eventually won the votes. The french wanted an extreme way to have the french take back their homeland.

Another key group was the Germans. After WW2 many Germans either came to Rome as refugees and gained citizenship or were conqured. The nations population was 9% German. And had a majority in 2 provinces. they could gain a party 10 votes. they did not want war with Germany at all. They wished to stay Roman yes but didn't want war with their homeland. The RTS was most appesing to them. They offred peace with Germany and to keep ties with them. Gaining the RTS 10 seats.

You may be wondering now, why is this importent if their is usually a clear party in majority. Well this would be known as one of the closest races in Roman history. With not only certain groups to get hold of and the war as a major issue, coruption also would pay of some electors in one of the few times in histroy.

The Pax Romana couldn't keep up with the other two and by the end only 6 seats were theirs.

The Africans in Carthage were guarentied better trade by the RTS and their 5 seats was to the RTS. Sparta was promised more money and an extension to the acadamy, giving 5 seats to Empirelists.

In the end 54 electors were bought off and the Pax Romana would have the last laugh. Their 6 votes would be all that was needed to switch from one way to the other. In the end it was

RTS: 56 Seats
Empirelist: 59 Seats

The empirelist gained a Seat majority but with the extra 6 votes gained RTS Emperor. The RTS and Pax Romana combined could out vote any Empirelist descision.

But coruption was not without casulties. A year after voting 3 members of RTS switched sides to Empirelist. It would be known as the most caustly desicion in Roman political history.

Spain is becoming a slight problem and I always have to place extra troops near the border to protect in case of attack. Also, because of the Alliance of the Nile I feel obliged to declare war on Spain. However, due to the Spanish minority in the west, I will have to relocate them to Libya. There they will be compensated for their relocation and be given something a little extra to keep them quiet.

-3/5 of the army attack Spanish Africa
-1/5 of army make an amphibious assault on the Spanish coastline
-1/5 of army in northwest and east defending homeland.

Culture and Education will take some toll on Economy, but now I get +2 and -1 for these stats.

The beachhead will be removed. Our troops there are fighting for their homeland! The enemy is fightning for a war declared by their leaders which they wish no part of.

South America is no longer safe for raising families and gorwing an economy. It had become a war ravaged land full of craters; it's rainforests lay littered with dead men and old metal, not to mention the air smelt of exaust with the fires that made the weapons of destruction. The coast also lay littered with broken ship parts and dead bodies. It is now said that one can not simply swim in the Pacific and not fine an army or anotehr limb.

This is simply unacceptable in the eyes of the Emepror. LeParte did not want to watch the continent starve itself of people and litter it's once abundant resources. It was simply unacceptable.

To All Nations in war on South America,

This war shall end now. Please remove all your warring material and man power from your lands immedietly, and we shall have peace; and live among French, Incans, and the Vikings. Please, put down your weapons now. Incan soldiers have been withdrawn and are now patrolling our borders only.

To the Nations of the World:

We, the Incans, have opened our Lassirve Fair (sp?). Free trade is welcome. We wish for grain in exchange for metals, such as Iron and Gold, which is Abundant in our vast mountain range.
