So, I have 94 LPs left. Everything to the nuclear program (building H-Bombs), with any left over used to build more armies. Also, can I get a PM on how many H-Bombs I have at my disposal? Thanks.

It doesn't work that way. If you want Japan, you have to send in the marines.
