Ok cool but i don't think people are ready to accept the model i did. I like it even if it's not very similar as the real napoleon... I just want a new leaderhead and this one do the job for me. I'm using the one with the good cloth, good hair and good background (in my opinion), the last you have seen i think.Rhye said:ibcoltscrew
I will start asking after I know how the final result is. I hate Joan of Arc, too, but I will make the change with a similar quality 3d animated leaderhead, era-specific.
I haven't heard any news from you: when I know that the leaderhead is complete (looking like Napoleon, era-specific correct cloths and backgrounds) we'll see how big the download is and what people prefer

Rhye said:I looked at the savegame and noticed 2 odd things:
1) You must uncheck "show food and shields on the map" because they show wrong food and shields, as well as the yellow landmarks
2) You shouldn't play with accelerated production, unless you want to be at the industrial age in 700AD like in your savegame
I have 3 of 4 animation done, the first one JO_A01 is still the same (Jeanne d'Arc) but i will do it as soon as i will find some good cloth.Rhye said:There are 8 animations: 2 (forward and backward) per 4 eras. For each era, the leader cloths and background change
