My deepest sympathies for his family, and his friends. He was a great actor and provided us all with entertainment.

He's dead? :( Damn it, that just ruins my day.

Unfortunately, yes. He died of lymphoma, at th eage of 82.

At least he had a long and productive life.

Bad as Gilligan or Graham Kennedy dying...

:(

We all did :(

I may only be 15, but I acn still remeber watching reruns of an afternoon after school

double post....ignore me

yeah agent 86 was a heck of a actor. I saw him a shakesperean play in the 80's when i was in NYC. He was amazing, also the only actor of note in it. But he did great. He was an imensly funny man, and it really came through in his acting. I guess hes gone to that great Control office in the sky. RIP Semper Fi amigo

Hmm...would you beleive....Henry Winkler?

He will be missed.

Bummer, I'll miss him. :(

RIP, Max.

First Gilligan, now Max. Its been a bad month for old sitcom stars. So long Max, go see the Chief for your debriefing in the great Cone of Silence in the sky:salute:

I definitely have to say something here. I'll definitely miss him, more so than Gilligan even. I never watched Gilligan's Island much, or Dobie Gillis for that matter, but when I was young I watched Get Smart reruns almost religiously. I find it funny, all these years later, that I never noticed at the time that Maxwell Smart was providing the voice of my also-beloved Inspector Gadget. But hey, I was only one or two at the time.

Would you believe, six or seven?
