thank you very much for your kind words about RARR and your continuing interest in RARR and RAR.
It is intended, that those fundamentalist units don´t need any resources. This was the setting in RAR and this setting was used for RARR, too. At present in most cases RARR only is a graphical update of RAR. The fundamentalist units, that don´t need any resources are not as strong as the fast units of that time, that need resources as a perequisite. This kind of setting is frequently used in mods to fill up gaps in gameplay. So the setting of the Teutonic Knight (and its equivalents) is no error.
I´m still working on the next update of the RARR biq, that is using the same main files as CCM2 (the mod that borrowed RARR a lot of its Graphics). It is noted to enlarge the list of city names for the civs in RARR . For identical civs, the much bigger lists of city names for CCM2 can be used.
