Your internet provider is blocking torrents, it seems. There are tons of seeds.
I have my settings set to seed at 400mB/s, yet only six people are DLing Full at an avg. of 10 kB/s. 
I'm trying to get it to seed faster but it won't...
Update: I ran that Glasnot/ISP test for due diligence and "There's no indication that your ISP rate limits you...".
My upload speed on the torrent is still pitiful.
I'm uploading from two boxes now, hoping that'll help things a bit.

Let's confirm that your ISP is throttling your torrents first. Run this test. It takes a few minutes.

I can not run the test. It keeps crashing the web browser.
It ran fine on my computer. I'll see if I can upload it to a regular file host...

It's going to take too long to get a file uploaded. Let's see if I can get the torrent working. Look at step four on this guide, and try that.

I'm not sure I understand. There is no website, torrents aren't on a website. You just download the .zip and open the .torrents up. With torrents, you are connecting directly to someone else's PC, not a server.
Why does it say no availability?
your comp can not connect to the tracker. hence not being able to find seeders etc.
check your router and disable firewall

Big Thanks to everyone who is seeding. I just started my download, and I'm getting some of the fastest speeds my Nokia 3110 classic has ever showed me. (And that is with using 3 seeds only).

I got to 152kb/s within 10 seconds
Im living on a small island in the bay of thailand, so my only internet option is a cellphone dial up wired by bluetooth to my laptop. But this torrent is giving me speeds that exceeds anything I ever downloaded before. I just noticed that Im seeding as well. But with only 2kb/s so maybe I should stop the seeding as it might be a slowdown for other people. (2kb/s is not helping anyone)
hehe. Might do a lot of renaming in my household. My cat is definately a Garfield, my dog is so anoyingly stupid so Marley (from the movie Marley and Me) would fit quite well. My girlfriend is a Lucy Liu, and after patching my laptop together with ducktape and superglue (my cat pulled it down from the table) MacGyver is not unfitting at all
