Oh ok. Wait what is that little hut thing over their, is it another city state?
"Oh crap, that is a barbarian encampment, man i hate those things!"
Are they friendly?
"They are Barbarians, they are most definitively not friendly, but our turn is over, their is not much we can do about it now can we.
No, wait, turn? You mean that this world is full of turns, I thought it was real time, not some sort of stand still universe that jumps forward in time every turn! IS THIS ALL JUST A GAME TO YOU?!
"Wait Suleiman, Calm down, but actually yes this is just a game to me, but could you really imagine a game like this in real time, how would it work, sure the multiplayer is in real time, but it sill has turns to divide up unit movements and tech advancement."
I did not understand any word of what you just said, any ways it looks like Istanbul has just built a Scout.
"Excellent, send him south."
What should I do now?
"Move the warriors up north, and attack the Barbarian Camp.
Are you sure that is a good idea? The HUD says that it will be a minor defeat.
"Yes, and what did I say about breaking the fourth wall?"

Well this means our turn is over right?
"Not yet we still need to pick somthing for Istanbul to build, how about a worker."

"Ok lets see how our scout is doing."

"SHUT UP SULEIMAN! Even I did not know that there would be nothing down there, anyways just send him north-west now."

"Ok now attack the encampment again."
Hey we won, And our warrior got a promotion! What should we get?
"well he is no longer in combat, so we don't need him to be fully healed, i'm thinking drill."

"Hey it looks like we can adopt our first social policy now."
Ok what are those.
"Its basically our government and what our government stands for and what we do. I think we should adopt tradition, it will be good for the early game."
Ok, I hope you know what your doing.
"Don't worry I do."
I sure hope you do, well we finished archery.
"Lets go for Animal Husbandry now."

"Ooh a goody hut, lets send our scout into it and see what it gives us

"Why yes I did, but this is a good thing, now we don't have to wait for it, and then get the hut which would make all the turns pointless, plus now we can research another tech, lets go for mining."

Hey look another unit, but it doesn't look like ours or a barbarians, then who's is it?

Well that was fairly anti-climatic.
"Meh, she always is, but hey at least we now know we are not the only Civilization on this continent."
