Just to clear something up. spending money in a state you do not have support in BEFORE YOUR ORDERS will not get you any support there.
i dont care if you order to spend time there before you spend the money there, i cant do that sort of "before and after" thing during the update, it will make WAY too much work when people start doing "spend time there before other candidates do, but spend money after the others do" and stuff like that.
so all orders happen at once.
the only exception is the time spent fundraising. it will take into account the support you are gaining in the state this turn. that is the ONLY time any thing in an update will take into effect anything your orders this turn achieved.
sorry if that's not how you want/immagined it, but i have ot keep it this way in order to keep the updates manageable. its already a massive undertaking complaring 16 hours of time from 8 or more players in 51 states and the money everyone spends in 51 states and i'm not gonna have myself redoing updates because the last order i read sais "do this before the other candidates do...."
