I heal myself back to full health using one of my Field dressing kits while Frank distracts Ted by shooting off HIS BALLS!!!!
 
I use assisted physical remote direction systems (aka bombardment) to steer CivG's ship into a crash course with Texas. It's exactly what he would have wanted.

Exploiting the slave immigrant labour for the war effort, all Monarchist attacks are boosted by another point, while another nuke is prepared for deployment, ready in 4 turns! 13 (17): The country falls, and with its excess momentum the EKNC seizes several Somali and Ethiopian territories.

I take aim and shoot out Ted's grenades from a safe location to have them explode in his face taking out his hit points while Frank Stops-Drops-and-Rolls to put out the flame.
