Bow+Arrow+Shield can be because of this little bags on the back... but maybe your right, without this gun-like bow and arrow I can't do it... So never mind... just regular Bow and Arrow.

With a large army of Spears and Archers the country was truly magnificant.
The barbarians hordes were finaly defeated nd the Russian people wanted more teritories for hunting.
After the defeating of the Barbarians the Chief knew he could arrange a bigger expnading into new teritories.

Many years had passed since the barbarian invasion, china had hope os expanding by that was foolish! half the time you had to grow population! you could do nothing fast! the chinese leadership was really mad, time went extremely slow, so slow that china had not changed for houndred of years, the refuges from the barbarian wars had fully blended w/ the chinese, noone could tell one fomr another, when Emperor sio went to the public anouncing the next project was......population........have more babys! yes the men of the empire were extremely happy, but not even that could keep them alive! they needed to expand, that would come very very soon.......

I see now, I am in the dark about why EQ didn't even give acknowledgement of it even if he was set to join this coming turn. In that case I will choose a new nation. Maybe next time, if EQ could make it a little more clearer, it would be OK.
