Yep. It's in the Theological Combat thread.

Growth Details.

"If the city is 1 population below its housing limit, its growth will slow to 50%. When the population is at the housing limit, it will grow only at 75% the normal rate."

...it grows faster if its at or beyond the housing limit? Or is this supposed to say 25% the normal rate?

The wording is terrible, yes. I believe it means 75% penalty.

And here is a screenshot of a pop up noting that you have captured a builder upon conquering a city.

I thought great Zimbabwe was famous for its large wall, do we know anything about is economy?

It's a nice effect though and very worth building.

Spoiler :
Archaeological evidence suggests that Great Zimbabwe became a centre for trading, with artefacts suggesting that the city formed part of a trade network linked to Kilwa and extending as far as China. Copper coins found at Kilwa Kisiwani appear to be of the same pure ore found on the Swahili coast. This international trade was mainly in gold and ivory; some estimates indicate that more than 20 million ounces of gold were extracted from the ground. That international commerce was in addition to the local agricultural trade, in which cattle were especially important. The large cattle herd that supplied the city moved seasonally and was managed by the court

So that explains the build condition for cattle.

I stand corrected. Looks like an awesome wonder both thematically and mechanically! A tad OP perhaps, if you have 5 bonus resources and 8 trade routes you would get 80 extra gold per turn! Will definitely try to build this one then I can.

I don't think you can have 8 trade routes from one city in civ6. I get the impression that the number of trade routes in civ6 will be empire wide and based on techs or civics much like civ5.

You could have up to 10 trade routes from 1 city in civ V (even up to 20 for Venice). The limit is still empire wide, but you can have them all starting from the same city. So why would you think you cannot have 8 trade routes from 1 city if it is similar to civ V?
