Delhi has taken over Georgia, Azerbeidzjan, persia, and afghanistan. So i made them my allies and attacked mongolia

I then proceeded to invade MittelAfrika, I'm thinking about making the Pacific states of America my allies or invading them.

The Germans now only have the suez canal after being pwnd by the french.

I'm fine with 1-3 snipers on 2fort, they force me to change my tactics and provide a bit more of a challenge, but once there gets to be 9 snipers waiting to gang bang me if I take a single step outside, it's a bit annoying.

It is surprisingly hard to shoot fish in a barrel, due to the refraction and that the water slows the bullet down a lot.

Not really, a bullet tends to shatter if it hits the water at anything other than a 90 degree angle.

Even in a game like this, I start to feel nostalgic for Half-Life 2

1. Aim at explosive arrow
2. Shoot
3. ???
4. Profit

I wish I could do that in Fallout 3 and Half-Life 2. Just shot at the grenade/explosive and have my enemies explode. But instead I simply knock the grenade out (FO3) or use the gravity gun to snatch it away (HL2).
