So much bread:

And so many eggs!

Or so much wheat, and so many beaks?

Making food on the ice level is quite a challenge, unless all you want to eat is pine cones. I had to build an underground fishing pool, and on the other side I'll plant wheat and make the pool overflow onto it to water it.

I forgot to place torches.

The unused middle area is space for my animal farm.

And now its illuminated!

So here I was just goofing off and beating up the AI in Company of Heroes 2, and then I get to the match stats.

Yeah, I don't know if my game has modded jet engines or if that is a new thing, but my ramjets have that rocket-looking exhaust instead of regular jet exhaust. And the basic jet engines weren't powerful enough to get it off the runway.

I'm still tweaking it.

Playing Skyrim as a Dunmer Battlemage (technically an Ordinator of Great House Indoril who was forced to flee the city of Vivec when Bethesda the Tribunal's alleged loss of Divinity caused a moon to fall on Vivec and blow up Red Mountain) with Requiem Installed along with Immersive Weapons/Armor.

My companion, Kharjo, outside of Fort Dunstead in Bosmer Reinforced Armor.

(Seriously, first time seeing the shrine. Every other time I've made my way to Winterhold it is snowing and I can barely see the Frost Troll about to kick my face in!)

Speaking with Jarl Igrod Ravencrone of Morthal.
I am seriously impressed with how good Skyrim looks, even on low settings running on a four year old laptop. The graphics themselves are a bit meh at times, but the visual design is still outstanding. Bethesda's characters may be as flat as a piece of cardboard but my god their worlds are fun to explore and beautiful to look at!

Playing Children of the Nile again, such a screenshot friendly game for its age. If only you could turn up that annoyingly short render distance!

Trying to build a sort of feudal system version of ancient Egypt so most of the nobles have their own large estates with surrounding farming villages separate from the pharaohs capital which controls the entrance to the rich mines of the inner valleys. Though it has become painfully obvious that the game is set up for a more centralized economy around the nobles, priests and scribes, as maintaining full availability of services in tons of relatively small estates is pretty hard even though I have unlocked the limit on educated citizens in the vanilla game.

Next time I'd like to try having a huge capital city where all the upper and middle class resides, with the lower class living in masses of poorly serviced villages and towns where I keep them subordinate by way of massive security forces.

Playing Children of the Nile again, such a screenshot friendly game for its age. If only you could turn up that annoyingly short render distance!

I got Children of the Nile way back in Middle School and played a lot of it. It wasn't as clear-cut as Pharaoh was but it was more sandboxy and laid back and that's a good thing. It was certainly an underrated rough gem.

Armageddon Empires, a fun little post-apocalyptic strategy game that combines turn based strategy with deck building. (The units you can deploy and number available are limited by what cards are in your deck and the order of drawing them.)

Here, the Master Strategist and Hero of the Empire Eric Mai is leading a small detachment of Imperial Rangers -supported by a Leopard light tank- to liberate a village from slavers. As expected, the slavers were easily defeated by the might of the Empire of Man, and one more step was taken in reconquering Earth from the wastes.

I tried a new landmass mod for Morrowind that adds a tropical archipelago called Lyithdonea. 8 years in the making and it just had its first release. Some of the most stunning landscapes I have seen in Morrowind, even if there is no actual content to fill it yet it's fun to look around the place.

I didn't realize Tamriel Rebuilt had the northern areas done yet. I thought they were still working on finishing up Almalexia and Great House Indoril.

I am using the preview version which includes all the unfinished areas. Other than southern Morrowind basically all the exteriors surrounding the Inner Sea is finished, with interiors, NPC's and quests and such taking the most time. Basically the whole north is NPC-less, but the areas around Old Ebonheart and the Thirr river valley are a lot closer to completion. It's nice to finally have the Inner Sea live up to its name.

Almalexia is apparently on hold for now after it has been redesigned from the ground up several times.

I thought Almalexia was supposed to be out around now. :(
