Recently spam has increased in CIV S&T, most of it related to the Second Epic War. So, I have tried to create a Forum Game that will help relieve some of that pressure.

Backstory

The First Epic War spread across the planet Ceefcee like lightning. The neutral nation of Civfoursandt was quickly overrun by the forces of the Empire of Thanyou and the Imperium of Tambien. The fighting continued for many long years until the nation of Yoshiegg managed to broker a peace. The nations would withdraw to their pre-war borders and send aid to Civfoursandt so that it could recover.
However, the underlying tensions still existed. They reemerged 40 years later when the Imperium of Tambien annexed some of the northern lands of Civfoursandt. The Empire of Thanyou quickly called out Tambien for its actions, while annexing some of Civfoursandt's southern lands. War quickly errupted. Lelouchia quickly jumped in, and it began to build up for war.
The War has just begun, and the scale is quickly escalating.

Rules

Each nation will have the following stats:
Status: Peace/CeaseFire/War
Armies/Navies/Airforce: #A/#N/#AF
Territories: #T
Generals:
List of Generals declared part of the War by this nation. If at peace this stat does not apply.
Each provinces provides 1 EP (Economic Point, or Epic Point if you wish) which are used to build military units.
Each type costs 1 EP for 5.
Armies are the only ones that can conquer anything. Navies and Airforces help soften up defenses or carry around soldiers.
At the begining of each turn each nation involved in the war must post orders. These might include building orders, trade offers, or anything else. However, if a nation is involved in the War it MUST include attack orders. (Ceasefire does not count as War) These can be as fancy or as simple as you like, but MUST be a map of some sort.
Attack orders MUST include the # of troops you are sending to a certain province.
You may attack 10 provinces per turn.
Attack orders can be changed, but you MUST post finalized orders before the turn can end.
At this point you are probably are thinking this is a glorified IOT, right? WRONG! You, the Forum Gamers, will decide the outcome of the attacks based on the Roleplay quality, and just who you plain like better.
10 people vote on the outcome of the attacks. For every Yes vote one province is gained by the attacker. For every No vote one is not gained.When voting specify WHICH province that do/don't get. Also specify how many troops are lost (on BOTH sides). Any commentary on the battle is appreciated.
Votes will be called by me.
