It's also the first time, and it feels relatively safe, so I think the paranoia of things going horribly wrong isn't present to keep everyone invested.

Maybe a 30 minute 'turbo' round would work better?

There surprisingly hasn't been any conflict yet, which changes the dynamic. I have been trying to push the sped of this along best I can. Either way, once it finishes up we can have a look at what works what doesn't etc, etc.
