That might depend on the makeup of the policy deck. If the split is 50/50 liberal/fascist, then the chances are only 1 in 8 of getting 3 of the same faction policies in a single draw, ignoring the previously discarded policies.I don't know, getting three fascist cards is rare enough that it's too risky to try and lie about it.
ASSUMPTIONS BEGIN HERE
If we assume for a second the social policy deck makeup is 50/50 and that everyone is telling the truth about the policies they have seen, there have been 2 liberal and 4 fascist policies drawn by the presidents. That should make the liberal policies more common in future draws, and any additional claims of "I received 3 fascist policies" should be immediately flagged as suspect.
Odds make that 3-fascist policies in a single hand on hand 2 are SLIGHTLY up, since only a single one was drawn in the first hand, while 2 liberal policies were drawn, making liberal representation slightly lower for future draws.
But conversely, the number of fascist policies will be reduced due to their early over-representation.
