I'm treating this inherited turn as Turn 1 this time, because there's so many unmoved units.
Turn 1 (1772 AD):
Looking around, I see that, once again, we have wet paper tissue defences. Especially concerning is the Aztec stack next to Angle... I change from a granary to a Grenider. Teotihuacan looks like it's just about to fall, so I attack. Captured with no casualties.
I rename it Doom of Azteca, because Teotihuacan is too hard to spell. Tenochtitlan is also weak-looking, so I use a wave of greniders. And by Greniders, I mean cavalry, because I'm tired and I thought all those cavalry were grendiers. Every single unit in the stack attacks, and just manages to capture the city, with only one dead grenider and lots of wounded cavalry. (I had a screenshot, but it didn't take) I rename the city Death to Azteca, because, again, Tenochtitlan is too hard to spell. By the way, both cities will riot for 11 turns. Looks like they have only one city left, unless I'm missing one... I move the wounded units into the captured cities, then turn my sights on the last city.
Turn 2 (1774 AD):
Lots of stuff happen in between turns. First, that stack near Angle bombared defences. Roman revolt in that city way northwest, some Aztec units move into our territory, looking like they're aiming for that Roman city on our borders. Also, Rome and Antium have been captured by the Japanese, doesn't look good for the Romans. Now, onto victory! Looks like our victory march will consist mostly of Cannons, but that's okay! We're striking deeper into the last stronghold of opposition.
Turn 3 (1776 AD):
Macchu Pichu celebrates "We Love the King Day!" More murading Aztec units pillage. Some stuff finished building, a Library in Ollantaytambo, start a Cannon, and a... something in Cuzco (sorry, I forgot what it was!), starts a Cavalry. Now comrades, we strike! And by strike I mean move closer, one square at a time...
Turn 4 (1778 AD):
University finishes in Beijing, starts Cavalry. More Aztec nusances. Ceaser cancells a deal, I don't know why. Doom of Azteca gets almost engulfed by Arabian borders. A rifleman attacks our glorious stack of victory, but loses. To a cannon. That's pretty embarassing. Thus proving that history is on our side! We are destined to crush the Aztecs! I finally see what our wave of unstoppable destruction is up against: Tlatelolco.
I'm going to have to rename that one too. I'm thinking something like "Destiny." Hmm... yeah, I like that, Destiny. Onto victory! I notice we have two cavalry, sitting in Texcoco, not participating in the offesive! I wake them, and send them on a mission to destory those that would molest the motherland. Also, Saladin adopts Emancipation, which we don't even have yet, so beware.
Turn 5 (1780 AD):
I meclessly crush the invaders, and unleases flaming pain via cannon onto Tlatelolco, reducing it to 0 in only one turn. I hold off till next turn to capture the city so we can use full force against those who defy our might.
Turn 6 (1782 AD):
Lots of things finish building, too many to keep track of. Mostly new units are ordered up. Steam Power finishes, start Corporation because we desperatly need another trade route to improve our sorry finaces. Now, for the fun part: destroying Azteca. Tlatelolco falls easily, with only one destroyed Cannon. We salute your sacrifice, Comrade. I rename the city Destiny. Unfortunatly the Aztecs still have another city, one which we cannont see. So I call up the Aztecs. And by call them up, I mean don't call them up because they won't talk to us. I'll keep trying.
Turn 7 (1784 AD):
Our vast armies just kind of loiter around, because there's nothing left to kill. I finish off the invaders, and peace is restored. Sort of. Not really.
Turn 8 (1786 AD):
We get Issac Newton in Beijing, yey for us! I put most of our army to sleep, as there's nothing left for them to do. I'm not going to use Issac Newton yet, I'll let the next player do that. My suggestion is to discover Corporation, then use Newton to get halfway to Scientific Method and research that.
Turn 9 (1788 AD):
Cannon finishes in Tiwanaku, start a Hindu Temple, otherwise, snore.
Turn 10 (1790 AD):
Angle finishes Granary, starts an Ironclad, because we need sea power and defense to keep our shores safe from any potential seaborne threat. Cuzco finishes Cavalry, starts Forge. Huamanga finishes Hindu Temple, starts bank.
End of Turn Thoughts:
I might have gone overboard a little with the Communist roleplaying, but what can you do? Feel free to change the names back, I just thought it would be easier to remember them with new, more awsome names.
Teotihuacan = Doom of Azteca
Tenochtitlan = Death to Azteca
Tlatelolco = Destiny
Also, use Issac Newton, and try to find where the Aztecs have hidden their last city.
