That would be nice, but it will depend on Gyathaar's availability to create the map. You wouldn't want to play anything I could produce.

I know that Gyathaar will be away from home for several weeks, and may not be here to fit your preferred timetable.

I have zero information on a BtS patch.

PS I had uploaded without pb a save yesterday (middle of my round to have others have a look). Just to be sure that I am allowed to upload again (not the same year, but same player twice in a row)

I suspect it's as it says in the error message - "Temporary failure in name resolution".

The FTP service is currently operational as far as I can tell.

[UPDATE] Hmm. It sounds like this is a server problem. HoF submissions are giving the same error. It's reported to Thunderfall for investigation.

[UPDATE 2] Investigation is ongoing, but meanwhile I've implemented a workround - aka some php "string and sealing wax" - that will allow you to submit files.

Have you enabled the Enhancd Foreign Adviser in Options on one of the HOF tabs?

Quick question: I have played half of my turnset and uploaded the save. I am now getting ready to play the next half of my turnset. Do I need to download the save again from the GOTM site or can I just continue on the save that's still on my computer?

Thanks, I thought so, but it wasn't obvious to me.
You saved me the hassle of downloading and adding the file extension, though, which I would have done just to be sure. (see my previous posts in this thread if you don't know what I'm talking about).

AlanH -Quick question. Who is SG7 Team? I just took a screen shot of the results page and they show up on the power chart but not in the team save and score part. When I refreshed the screen they disappeared. Since I have been following every post of this SGOTM and there is no SG7 team I think someone is having some fish for lunch:mischief.:
I tried uploading the screenshot but it keeps changing my .doc file to a .docx file and then says it is an invalid file type.

Why would you upload a screenshot as a .doc file? Use jpg or png instead.

I didn't know how to get a screen print without copying the shot to a word file.

Actually, it was a test save I uploaded before the game started, just to see if anyone was awake. Interesting that no one else spotted it for six weeks .

Anyone who insists on using M$ Word files for screenshots deserves all they get, frankly, specially now that M$ Word has changed all its file formats.

What's wrong with using Screen Print, then pasting the image into a Paint document, cropping or scaling it, and saving it as a jpeg? And this comes from a Mac user, so I disown any errors or omissions.
