OK we'll have exactly 26 full health Cuirs ready to invade on T131 (all of which can attack on T132), so we are able to split in 2 stacks of 16/10 or 15/11 as per Duckweed's plan.

7 Cuirs are level 4, how do we split them in the 2 stacks?

16/10 sounds ok.

Since Kublai cannot whip, his preexisting stack is the real threat. 10 units leaves 2.5 Cuirassiers per defender for the northern stack, unless new units have been built in the interim.

Actually I didn't think it through: only 3*Lvl 4 Cuirs +1*Lvl 3 Cuir can go to the North stack (including a Lvl 4 Shock Cuir). Do I still send the Shock Cuir North?

With this info I would make an 11 Cuir northern stack including 2*Lvl 4 + 1*Lvl 3.

What about the 2 Medic/Flanking HAs?
 
Save the shock Cui in the west stack since it won't help vs LBs. It's fine to have level 3 Cui instead of level 4 in north stack.

All other units in the west stack.
 
We have 42 Cuirs in total, 3 more coming next turn (and 1 per turn from RP after that).

Does it make sense to continue building Cuirs in Case Depart, Sheepish or CC?

No sci in capital, save the food now and hire scientists when we are in the next GA.
 
Victory Condition will be Domination (possibly Conquest if war success is very good) so we need a lot of troops... 100+ by end of game. But we're getting close to a point where we should think about research (Democracy) to confirm the hidden objective before we make too many assumptions.

Most of our own cities are exhausted from whipping. We can let them take a break next.

Thessa: Whip now
Sheepish: whip now->OF to spears, we need quite a few city police in the future.
Cornish Cow: whip at size 7? before we switch out of PS
Golden sands: grow on Cui and chop/whip a couple of settlers for 2 north cities.

The next 2 Cuis from RP can be sent to take barbarian city north of golden sands.
 
What turn is the Taj due to complete, pomthom?

Case Départ could take the Plains Farm back > Grassland Hill, and let Rice Pudding work the Plains Forest instead. That gets +1F in the capital before the GA.
