We could force feed an absurd amount of resources to Louis with Astro on T151.I was forgetting Construction and probably something else, so we have 10 techs we can give him not counting calendar cus we can't give that til 152, and only if he doesn't already have it.
But we need to get him up the scoreboard, so it could take more tech.
For 151 iron, we would have to give him more military techs like CS + Machinery (mace), feudal, and Construction vs Paper & Calendar & nationalism in the other plan.
If you tell me that putting Louis at war will just make him create tons and tons of units, then I'm much less inclined to push for my war idea.
If we commit to 2-bulb Astro 151, we wouldn't have to get Louis to Pleased until T152 and save some of those military techs. We could give Paper, Calendar, etc. on T152.
