Far upper left corner fog is a tundra hill. 2n of mtn is coast, perfectly situated to frustrate settling options. All else is tundra.

No as in never or not now?

The location of the coastal tile is telling me the tundra hill has a resource you only get in your BFC if you sacrifice a seafood to the east.
