I'm already tempted by 1300:gold: without Habor.
Running all that money through our :science: multipliers and the 1.2 tech bonus (no bonus if teching Astro) would probably give more beakers than any Great Scientist Bulb.
If we can’t run 100% research slider.

The only problem is that it takes time.
Like 10 turns to get to Moscow. (Needs to get there before Sci. Methods obsoletes Temple of Artemis)
I don’t know, but I doubt ToA obsoletes for our Trade Mission before Peter gets SciMeth.

No, it's saying 129. What makes you think 130? It can get to size 10 on T128 and 129 Parth
What should they do next?
No rest for the wicked. Philip + 1 wrk on boat can add 1 farm to Clams
1 worker on boat goes to wheat (Philip doesn't need to go there, too early)
After wheat, connect more furs for trading overseas.

It's time to workshop! After doing his GS duty, Clams can work 6 hpt workshops (during end of GAge) 5 with caste, 4h in slavery.
This city has to build Wall St. (whip Bank first), probably forge before that.
edit: but no rush, cus Wall St. is not with Sushi Corp :(

Expenses shot up to -95gpt even with 0 unit and 0 supply. Building wealth, we might make it thru the next turnset to 135, but will have to go 50% til 150 unless something comes up. Tech/gold trade across the ocean?

Is the plan to bank gold for 2 turns and then research Optics? Or are we researching something else until we see what Pete picks after Compass?

if we’re building wealth we might just as well run merchants in one city and pop a GM.
 
MG, looks like you'll be playing the first Golden Age turnset. Are you good with my spreadsheet or do you have your own way to plan and communicate the GPP plan? Let me know if you need help. Spreadsheets look like work to my wife. ;)

We have to know them for some amount of turns to get money from them.

Our cows->canal trireme might be late, I wasn't expecting Optics so soon, but we could upgrade it halfway over there if we end up rushing Optics.

One option would be to draft 10-ish muskets during a Nationhood window between GAges T136-T141.:eek: One pop loss, 3 anger each. Hmm...

Besides the pop loss, tho, we also lose the 8th turn of the GAge for GP farming. But are we putting too much into farming? We'll be doing 900+ bpt.
Some of our GP farms will be done or finishing and can afford a pop loss.

I suppose this is a good idea, but don't get your heart set on a trade mission. We need to start 2nd GAge, so unless we get Spy and Prophet, there won't likely be a trade mission.
At least with this GM, we are guaranteed to have a way to start the GAge (GM + GS)
That +24 should keep us afloat til T140.

Drafting Muskets between golden ages to farm xp from Sitting Bull to get Heroic Epic and West Point unlocked would be really nice. (Free Combat 1 for being Aggressive Civ)

Not like we can make Privateers without Iron.
And getting the Great General from war also means we can save 3744:science: from not having to tech Fascism.

Can we bribe Russia to attack Sitting Bull right now?
I think as long as the diplo thresholds are met and Russia has a stronger soldier count than SB, he should be willing to DOW for a price.

I never drafted musketman before, only rifleman. Police state+ slavery+ vassalage might be another option. It's more sustainable in terms of happiness and muskets have more exp( lvl3 guerrilla?).
