I change my answer. I agree that putting OF into the HE in Silver makes sense so that we can cash in at any time. Then we can put some additional hammers into the HE in Whales as WT said.

I agree that getting the GS for Electricity trumps an ASAP Observatory in Science.

We already see Biz's research and he's adding 1 EP/turn. I see no harm in continuing to see what he's teching if all it costs is 1 EP/turn. It may help us decide what to give/sell him in the future.

That way we get our Great Person in 8 turns.
If so we need to give up a cottage for 2 turns. Besides, our population is growing fast. 1 extra turn allows more beaker in gs bulb.
Should we use both Galleys to ferry units from Sitting Bull to the road east of Clam City?
The galleon is coming back soon. I want the 1st pillage squad(1 musket 2 chariot) to set out for HRE as fast as possible.

I guess since the city is growing, you don't have to work all 10 scientists this turn. Just aim to have the GS in 8 turns as Kait suggested. And we don't want any more gene pool pollution here so GSs only.

Looking for more green lights so that MG can play when he gets back. Of course, it assumes that the requested minor tweaks are made (e.g. Science specialists, OF into HE, others?)

What do people think about keeping eyes on Biz's tech choices at the cost of about 1 EP/turn?

I don't mind if Observatory is 1 turn late as long as we can double bulb Electricity fully.
I forget there is 300% research multiplier in capital already. Observatory 1 turn later doesn't mean that much. There is 540 gpp to go. 2 turns of 9 scientists+6 turns of 10 scientists will provide 64*2+70*6=548 gpp. There is no need to give up a cottage before pop 13.:thumbsup:

It's true generally, but for now I'm a bit confused.
Clams has 22/24 food with 19 food surplus. At max 1 city can grow 1 pop in 1 turn. The food surplus could have allowed the city to grow 2 pop in 1 turn. I believe there will be some food lost.

note: don't complete it this turn. IIRC, the OF would be close
Temple has 114/80:hammers:. Org-religion and forge make it OF a bit complicated. I believe it's not enough to complete HE. I will give up the silver mine for 1 turn if necessary.

The food builds up and the city grows normally even with a major excess.

Hmm. How many turns is it? 150g is pretty good. We got nothing T175.
