I did not focus on the west, I focused on the east. Even my part of the army in the east was larger than your entire army combined, thats one of the parts that I find confusing in the orders.
And what does a hypotetical situation in greece have to do with your involvement in a rebellion on my territory? I just hope you dont think we started this war...

Couple of points here
a)Nuclear winter sceanarios require near simultanious detonations, i.e they are all happening within the space of a year.
b) Nuclear winter requires spread out detonations, theoretically you could detonate a thousand bombs in one place and there would be much widespread effect (i.e a hundred bombs in a hundred cities). Additional the target hit will effect the amount of crap sent up - oil refinaries would give more cooling per bomb, sea detonations much less.
c) Though there is a wide range in the estimates (frankly the TTAPS study was crappy science) of megatonnage needed from 100 - 10000, which is likely rather more than 250 bombs at this stage of technical development.
d)The support for the whole nuclear winter models is often questioned - some give a spatially limited "nuclear autumn" as an alternative.

Decloak: Regardless, you will get a Nuclear Summer afterwards, as nuclear weapons have a very nasty habit of burning off ozone.
All of it requires a full-scale exchange though, a lower limit for which is roughly 2,000+ semi-modern to modern warheads (say Titan II type thermonuclear warheads [10MT+] through to the MIRV'd Minuteman III / Peacekeeper [1 - 10x 300KT] and Soviet equivilents). 200 warheads isn't anything. That's probably around the number that was detonated in above-ground tests during the course of OTL testing. Anything short of a global nuclear war (up to and including a tactical nuclear exchange) will screw over only (relatively) localized areas, with some fallout elsewhere but not much damage otherwise (hey, if you live that long, you'll probably die of cancer anyway).

Under our resent election it has renewed our will go on and continue fighting. We wanted something simple, as simple as letting us use a passage, but this was denied so we had to take action. If you pull out now you will not receive any repercussions. If you choose to continue fighting you will receive the full force of the Berlin Pact.

I hope you don't think I did. First, Finland declared war before everybody else. Second you demanded that I pull support from a rebellion. Tell me, if Greece had rebelled, would you not support it? Of course you would- its called being smart. And yet you're trying to blame this war on me. You could have at least tried diplo, but you decided you had to have this territory back. I would have supported your claim to the Suez Canal (and its commerence), I would have supported your claim to Palestine, but you decided to try to claim the whole region. You're the one who can't work through anything, resorting to violence.
If you guys failed to knock just me out in one turn (with all of you focused aginst me), I'd love to see you this turn. I already see my biggest strength and you better believe I'm about to use it completly. Lets see how long this alliance will last.
