I realize this NEEDS to be done, much like the 6-party talks. Unfortunately, Sheep is not on at the moment, and I want progress made immediately. These meetings shall take place in Lomé, and is now open to all nations who have reason to (please, Iran, Pakistan, India and the like stay out unless for some reason you are included. ALL RANDOM EXAMPLES OF NATIONS THAT SHOULD NOT POST UNLESS THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO ADD, NOT JUST STATE THEIR OPINION.)

Major nations that should sign on:

Republic of Korea, Republic of Taiwan, USA, Japan, PRC, Germany, Spain, Morrocco.

Organizations: EAS (East Asia Summit), EU (represented by UK and/or France), NATO (USA), maybe AU (Morrocco no longer a member)

All nations who have requests (read demands) that they would like fulfilled to avoid war, post them and they shall be posted here for negotiation.

Spoiler Peace requests PRC and allies :
PRC would like Taiwan to remain an autonomous province but not independant. They say that if Japan signs any alliance or moves any troops into Taiwan then they will consider that an act of war.

Spoiler Peace requests Taiwan and allies :
Taiwan wants the PRC to recognise their independence and to drop all claims on their territory

Spoiler Peace requests Spain and allies :
Spain would like Morocco to drop any claims on Spanish Enclaves in Africa

Spoiler Peace requests Morrocco and allies :
Morrocco would like Ceuta and Melila to be returned

Update One from Lomé: PRC has agreed to a conditional cease-fire with Taiwan. Taiwan rejects it.

Morocco wants Ceuta and Melila to be returned.

Taiwan wants the PRC to recognise their independence and to drop all claims on their territory.

As the requests of Morocco and Spain conflict, we suggest that a referendum be held in both Ceuta and Melila, with options of becoming Morroccan or remaining Spanish. We also would like to ensure that the referendums are completely fair, with representatives from all sides and the UN ensuring the fairness and accuracy of the results.

Also, Spain has claimed Morrocco commited or funded acts of terrorism. Is there any base to this claim (at which point repercussions), or was it a mistake and to be forgotten by all?

We stand by our previous claims.

Morocco denies funding terrorism.

Germany wishes Spain to produce concrete evidence of these claims before taking measures, furthermore we request a discussion on effective measures to be taken if these claims are verified. Jumping into war will do nobody any good and it would be unfortunate for us to be forced into a position where we find ourselves defending those who have not been proven guilty.

If you guys want peace so much, you should have a job where there is no warfare to be conducted. Allow men of substance to have the government jobs.

UK checking in and representative of the European Union.

The PRC will not recongize Taiwan as an independent nation. They are a rebel faction and this is an internal Chinese matter. Taiwan is part of China and they no more have the right to rebel against the Chinese government then the Southern United States did in the US Civil War.

For the sake of peace, we will sign a cease fire with the rebels in Taiwan, but if Japan signs any alliance or moves any troops into Taiwan then we will consider that an act of war.

Italy agrees this will be for the best.

Also we demand that Spain provide evidence on terriost attacks before they attack Morroco on the basis of terroism.

Taiwan rejects this stating that for the past 60 years independence has been all but offical, and thus this is but the final step. We will not rest until the world and especaially the People's Republic of China recognises our independence.
