The Cathloics at Austria are oppressing the Protestants in Northern Germany (or perhaps called Germanland in this ATL?) We Protestants must and should band together against this threat of those who want to infringe on our right to worship. We also ask for free access in your waters to blockade the Polish.

It brings great sorrow to our heart to hear that protestant religious freedoms are being attacked once again by the militant arm of the Papal servents. However to waver the toll on shipping passing through the straits between Denmark and Norway would severly damage our economical status and it is funding we cannot readily give up freely even in such a righteous cause. Perhaps with a small sum we can turn a blind eye to levying tolls upon ships flying the military ensigns of the member states of the Protestan Empire.
We are however pleased by the prospect of further trade and happily accept. You will also note we have plentifull supplies of high quality timber and stone for your appraisal.
OOC: In other news I think I've got a list of all the trade and treaty information for myself now 60 pages of spam jesus guys you're worse than Iam lol. So providing the stats have been updated (?) I'm all ready to roll

We are familiar with tobacco, and do not require its import. The Empire of the Mexica is uninterested in establishing trading relations with your nation at this time. Perhaps we will be more willing to accept such a proposal in the future.but stats aren't updated
