I am going to take out the Princes and princesses from the stats, they take too long to update.... and I am going to doing this in favour of moving towards a 4 day cycle (this will result in 5 updates every 3 weeks or so). Royal marriages will still work but you can also marry nieces and nephews and the like so it makes it easier

IC: We thank the Holy Roman Empire for it's offer to rejoin, as a full member of your powerful and far reaching Empire. We are honored to be though of as a nation that is powerful and worthy of inclusion into the Empire. We would be delighted to rejoin the Empire, however, would be rather hesitant to commit forces to the Empires forces, however, we are happy to pay the expenses to help maintain and train the Empires Forces.

We would like to also take this opportunity to announce that we are currently undertaking a major overhaul of our Armed Forces, and are reviewing the size needed to provide for the defence of the Cantons of the Confederation, and as such we are currently expanding the size of the Swiss Guards.

We shall continue to allow the Swiss Guards to be recruited to the various Royal Courts across Europe, and also the Papal States. However, due to our loyalty to the Holy Roman Empire, we shall be issuing a declaration to all Swiss Guards to Return to Zurich that are currently situated outside the Holy Roman Empire's boarders. For those Nations that wish to keep the services of the Swiss Guards, there shall be an annual Fee to be discussed at a later date. Those Guards situated inside the Holy Roman Empire shall remain, with no additional Charge.
