Unless the nation who has done the feasability study allows you to alos use that same study (its in their orders) then no, you must do your own.

OOC: That's why I didn't want a vote, seems silly in these times. Although I strongly disagree with you on identity, Russian people would identify themselves as Russian, as opposed to Tatar, Polish, Lithuanian, etc. For example, Smolensk is a Russian city, while Khazan is Tatar, and Lvov is Polish. There is really no question over that.

As you might already know the Europeans are setting up colonies all over the world. I told our Aztec and Incan friends to prepare for the arrival of those Europeans by conquering as much land as possible for we don't know their intentions.
We encourage the Maori to conquer as much as possible of the western part of the island we call Australia.
If you want we can send gunpowder and military specialists over to the Grand Capital of the Maori Confederation (Maoripolis
) to learn you the basic principles of gunpowder.OOC: ask Sheep if you have to do some additional research on this.
On the subject of trade:

We are aware of the difficulties you face in dealing with the Europeans so we'll also send military and gunpowder specialists over to Tenochtitlan to learn you the basic principles of gunpowder. However we're afraid there is no way to stop the Europeans from colonizing the Americas. Better be prepared for their arrival.
