But seriously, can you demonstrate the UNRWA is knowingly cooperating with the militant arm of Hamas to further the killing of Israeli civilians or soldiers?\

I think schools in general should be banned. Following this kind of 'logic' hospitals and ambulances should be banned as well. In fact, Gaza should be banned. Or better yet, Palestinians. They seem to support Hamas. That can't be good. (What on Earth is a "terror tunnel bunker"? Where do you come up with such notions?)

As to penalties...let's start with slaughtering a few hundred civilians. Wait, Israel is already doing that. Ummmm, hmmm. Don't know really. How about crushing economic sanctions? Wait, they already do that too. Guess I have nothing to suggest.
