My most admired figure in history is Mr. Theodore Roosevelt. He embodies everything that I wish to be, as a person. I like to rotate my signature to include quotes of his, because I think that a lot of what he has to say is still relevant today and worth repeating.

For this particular quote, I think that it speaks to the need for everyone to take responsibility for themselves, both in realization that they are the cause of most of their own problems and the answer to them.
