Skepticism in one sentence

No it's not. It's simply "obvious" and as such in the end rather meaningless, but in no way "absurd".
and skepticism is at it core reductio ad absurdum on "everything, something, something else and/or nothing including reductio ad absurdum" and the realization even if that is absurd, reality goes on.

"Reality is an illusion, albeit a persistent one". Guess who that one is attributed to. :)
And what's your point and the goal of this thread ?
 
I think this is all nonsense - does that make me an anti-sceptic?

That makes you a sceptic, then. Because true Skeptics are skeptical about Skepticism. And everything else, too. And they should be skeptical about their skepticism of skepticism. And their skepticism of skepticism of skepticism or skepticism. And their skepticism of skepticism of skepticism of skepticism of skepticism...
